Based on Beritajakarta observation, thousands people queued to pay their vehicle tax. That queue was seen either at Samsat office entrance and service counters from first floor to third floor.

Since it was crowded by visitors, there was an increase in tax revenue for about 34 percent. But in tax arrears payment has already reached 90 percent.

Rahmat (39), one of tax payers, admitted happy with the policy of administration fine deletion.

"We can pay the tax without pay administration fine. I rather pay at samsat than being netted or ticketed," he closed.
